Subscriptions & Billing
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store:
- Manage or cancel: Apple Support – View or cancel subscriptions
- Request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Multiple devices: Use "Restore Purchase" on the paywall to move your purchase to another device. Note: Purchases can only be active on one device at a time.
Quick Troubleshooting

- Force-quit and reopen the app
- If your widget appears blank, wait a few minutes. If it persists, add your video again with a shorter loop length

FAQ
Why is my widget blank or not showing the video?
A blank widget means your iPhone hasn't allocated enough resources for video playback yet—this is normal system behavior. Try waiting a few minutes for the system to free up memory. If the issue persists, open the app and add your video again with a shorter loop length to reduce resource usage.
Can I customize the video loop length?
Yes. You can select loop lengths of 1, 2, 3, or 4 seconds. Shorter loops use fewer resources and are ideal for smoother performance, especially on older devices.
Will this drain my battery?
No. Video Widget is optimized for efficiency and automatically pauses playback when your screen is off or the Home Screen isn't visible.
Do I need an internet connection?
Browsing and searching GIFs powered by GIPHY requires an internet connection. Once any widget—GIF, video, or Live Photo—is set up, it loops completely offline.
