Subscriptions & Billing
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store:
- Manage or cancel: Apple Support – View or cancel subscriptions
- Request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Multiple devices: Use "Restore Purchase" on the paywall to move your purchase to another device. Note: Purchases can only be active on one device at a time.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Update to the latest iOS version and Pelvic Pilates version
- Force-quit and reopen the app
- If your widget appears blank, wait a few minutes. If it persists, add your video again with a shorter loop length
- Reinstall the app if issues persist (subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID)
- Still having trouble? Use the in-app support with your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce
FAQ
How do I manage, cancel, or restore my purchases?
You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone or iPad Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. To restore a previous purchase, open Pelvic Pilates and use the Restore Purchases option in Settings.
Why are some sessions locked?
Your first few sessions are free to try. After that, the rest of your program is part of Pelvic Pilates Pro. Locked sessions simply mean you haven't unlocked Pro yet — your progress and streak are never affected.
I'm not receiving my reminders. What should I do?
Open your iPhone or iPad Settings, go to Notifications, find Pelvic Pilates, and make sure Allow Notifications is turned on. Also check that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes aren't silencing the app during your reminder time.
Something hurt during an exercise. What should I do?
Please stop right away. Pain is always a signal to pause, not push through. Rest, and if the discomfort continues or you're unsure whether an exercise is right for you, talk to a doctor or a pelvic health physical therapist before continuing your program.
