Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Aesthetic L.L.C-FZ (“we”, “us”), the company that operates Pelvic Pilates (the “Service”), collects and uses information when you use our iOS app and website. Aesthetic L.L.C-FZ is the data controller, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

What we collect

Pelvic Pilates does not require an account or login. We collect the minimum data needed to run the app, personalize your experience, and improve reliability. We do not access HealthKit, and we do not record your camera or microphone. Based on our App Store disclosure, the categories below may be collected.

Data linked to you

Identifiers: user ID (random, per‑installation) and device ID
Purchase history: subscription/entitlement status, processed by our subscription platform (RevenueCat) and paywall provider (Superwall)
Usage Data: product interaction (e.g., feature taps, screens viewed), collected via our analytics provider (PostHog) — never linked to your name
Diagnostics: crash data and performance data

Used for:

App functionality
Product personalization
Analytics (quality, stability, and feature improvement)
Processing your subscription and displaying the appropriate paywall

Data not linked to you

Diagnostics that we aggregate or de‑identify when feasible (e.g., aggregated error rates)

Data kept only on your device

Your first name, if you choose to enter one for personalization
Your program progress, streaks, and achievements
Your local daily reminders

This information stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Sources of data

You (when you contact support, change in‑app settings, or optionally enter your first name)
Automatically from your device and the app (events, diagnostics, and basic device context)
Platform providers (e.g., Apple for billing/receipts and device capabilities)

Accounts and identifiers

Pelvic Pilates does not use accounts, sign‑in, or passwords.
The app creates a random, per‑installation user ID and uses your device ID to enable features, process purchases, and support diagnostics.
These identifiers are not intended to identify you personally.
Reinstalling the app may create a new ID and may not carry over prior state, including your on‑device progress, streaks, and achievements.

How we use data

Operate and improve the app (features, reliability, crash fixes, performance)
Personalize the experience (e.g., remember your program and schedule your local reminders)
Process your Pro subscription and display the appropriate paywall
Provide support and respond to requests
Detect, prevent, and address abuse or technical issues
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Legal bases

Performance of contract: provide core app features and process your subscription
Legitimate interests: analytics and diagnostics, security/abuse prevention, and support
Legal obligation: record‑keeping, regulatory, and compliance requirements

Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

Service providers (e.g., PostHog for analytics, AppsFlyer for attribution, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Superwall for paywalls) under confidentiality obligations
Apple as merchant of record for App Store purchases (receipts, taxes, refunds)
Legal and safety reasons (if required by law, to protect users, our rights, or the Service)
Business transfers (if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale)

We do not share data with third‑party advertisers for their own marketing.

Advertising and attribution

We use Apple’s SKAdNetwork and a third‑party attribution service, AppsFlyer, to measure how people find and install the app. AppsFlyer processes data such as device identifiers, timestamps, and in‑app events to attribute installs and measure engagement. We may share de‑identified, aggregated event counts with advertising platforms to measure campaign performance. Our attribution partner operates under strict data‑processing agreements and privacy standards.

Tracking

We request your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before AppsFlyer or any other partner uses a cross‑app tracking identifier (such as the IDFA). If you decline, our attribution partner uses privacy‑preserving alternatives instead. We do not engage in cross‑app tracking beyond what is necessary for attribution purposes.

Location

We do not collect precise GPS coordinates, and the app does not request access to your location.
A coarse, approximate location may be inferred from your device’s IP address or network signals, solely for attribution and analytics purposes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data (including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with law, or to resolve disputes. Diagnostic data is generally kept for a limited period so we can analyze trends and fix issues. Your on‑device data (name, progress, streaks, achievements, and reminders) remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to/limit certain processing. Because your name, progress, streaks, and achievements are stored only on your device, you can access, edit, or delete them at any time within the app or by deleting the app. To exercise rights over data we do hold (such as identifiers or usage data) or to make a request, contact us at privacy@aesthetic.me.

Notice for California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you certain rights over your personal information:

Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
Right to delete the personal information we hold about you.
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information for money. We use attribution and measurement providers to understand advertising performance; to the extent this is a “share” for cross‑context behavioral advertising under California law, you can opt out by declining Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
Right to non‑discrimination for exercising any of your rights.

Other U.S. state privacy rights

If you live in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Texas), you have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe a child provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to protect data consistent with this policy wherever it is processed.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice in‑app or on our site. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the changes.
